🎉 PB ALERT! 🎉 

Who said you need to run *every* day to crush your goals? 

I used to think more kilometres = more results, but I was so wrong! 

As a working parent I struggled to run what regular training plans recommended (around 4-5 runs a week), which made me feel guilty, affected my motivation and ultimately meddled with my love for running. 💓 

Turns out, it’s all about QUALITY over quantity. I ditched the running grind and focused on three key runs a week:

✨ Easy/Recovery Run (6-10km): Keeping it chill, building that base.
⚡ Intervals/Tempo (7-8km): Pushing my limits and finding my speed
⛰️ Long Run (10-19km): Endurance and mental strength!

And guess what? 💥 BOOM! Half Marathon PB achieved! 💥

It’s not about how *often* you run, it’s about how *smart* you run. Commitment and consistency in these three key workouts are what truly made the difference for me. So, ditch the guilt of skipping a day and focus on making those three runs count!

Just wrapped up the Carman’s Fun Run Half Marathon! 🎉 Despite the tough, windy conditions, I crossed the finish line with a PB and a heart full of gratitude. Running for the Breast Cancer Network Australia made every step worthwhile.

I’ve been chipping away at this, building confidence and consistency, and it’s all paying off! A huge shoutout to my friend Dave for the high-fives and Fueler sports gel and Premax anti-friction balm for the extra boost and comfort! Great vibes and an even greater cause—couldn’t be happier! 💖🏃‍♀️

Just had the most amazing run at Phillip Island! 🏃‍♀️✨ Here are my top five highlights of exploring this stunning place:
	1.	Breathtaking Views: The coastline took my breath away—every turn was a postcard moment!
	2.	Wildlife Encounters: Spotting kangaroos and seabirds made my run feel like an adventure.
	3.	Fresh Ocean Breeze: Nothing like that salty air to energise every step!
	4.	Peaceful Trails: The paths were quiet, allowing for a meditative experience amidst nature.
	5.	New Inspiration: Running in a new environment sparked creativity and motivation for my next goals!
